The Aiden.AJS Guarantee & Return Policy

We stand behind our metal. We offer a 14-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery if the product is defective upon arrival. If a chain or bracelet fails the diamond tester, turns your skin green, or arrives with a broken clasp, email us immediately with photo/video proof, and we will replace it.

What We Do Not Cover: Because every single piece is custom-sourced and hand-set to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse" or ordering the wrong size. It is your responsibility to know your preferred length and width before placing an order.
